I am a client-focused mental health counselor with a passion for guiding clients to become their most authentic selves. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to live their lives to the fullest. Sometimes stress from work, school, or even relationships can get in the way of that. My goal in therapy is to provide a non-judgmental space to help my clients identify triggering patterns and to support beneficial change. I hold a person-centered perspective while utilizing therapeutic models of solution-focused therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide counseling to adolescents and adults in individual, family, and group settings. Starting therapy can be intimidating but I am committed to helping my clients feel heard and supported with empathy and warmth.

I earned my Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University and am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida. I have experience working in community mental health and inpatient settings. I’ve worked as a Child Advocate for children in the foster care system where I saw firsthand how necessary therapy is during times of crisis. I have provided individual, group and family therapy for adults in a psychiatric crisis stabilization unit. I’ve worked with various mental health issues including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and mood disorders.
