Brandi Givargidze

Having worked as a college counselor, I have a deep understanding of the unique struggles faced by emerging/young adults. However, I also welcome adults of all ages, as I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to improve their mental well-being. Whether you are going through a life or family transition, dealing with school or work-related stress, or facing relationship concerns, I am here to help. One of my areas of specialization is working withclients living with anxiety or depression. I provide the necessary support and tools to help individuals manage their symptoms and regain control of their lives. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community, not only through therapeutic work but also through community-based advocacy. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself without fear of criticism. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, where we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Drawing from various counseling techniques, I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. Operating from a systemic approach means that I understand the interconnectedness of your identities, relationships, and family of origin. I recognize that these factors play a significant role in shaping who you are and how you navigate the world. By exploring these aspects, we can gain a deeper understanding of the patterns and
dynamics that may be influencing your current struggles. While therapy can be challenging at times, I also believe in the power of laughter and joy. I strive to create a space where we can incorporate moments of lightness and fun into our sessions. By infusing humor and positivity, we can create a balanced and holistic approach to your well-being.
