    Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

Hard times are one of the most constant parts of life. We all have them at some point. What helps is a nonjudgmental, listening ear. I am passionate about getting to know you as a whole person, not just what’s bothering you. I like therapy to be a collaborative experience. My goal is to improve awareness and foster resilience and acceptance in my clients, in order to help them live more fulfilling lives.

I graduated from UF in December of 2021 with my M.Ed and Ed.S degrees in Counselor Education. I also have a Graduate Certificate in Arts in Medicine. I love to use creative interventions in counseling. Sometimes we can express things via art that are difficult via words.

I am primarily a person-centered therapist. This means the focus is on you- the person- and allowing you to help shape your therapeutic experience to best get your needs met. I also use ACT, CBT, and DBT in my practice. I also have experience in play therapy, trauma processing therapy, and ERP for OCD. I am LGBTQ+ affirming.

I can’t wait to work with you!
