As a person-centered therapist, I am committed to the belief that every person has the ability to live up to their potential and possesses the power to create positive change. Every client is the expert on themselves, I am here to hold up the mirror.

We have all faced great stress and overwhelm at one time or another, unfortunately, past trauma and self-sabotage can often create blind spots that prevent us from moving forward. I provide Individual, Couples and Family counseling for those looking to achieve greater emotional well-being and happiness. In a safe and compassionate space, we will uncover what is at the root of challenging emotions to create greater insights and develop more effective coping skills for a personal toolbox to become the best version of themselves.

I received my Master of Science degree from the University of North Florida, and I am currently a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. In addition, I hold a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Sexology, and was part of a comprehensive research team which focused on conducting sexual health-based research and co-authored a publication in the Sexual and Relationship Therapy journal.
